How to send custom HTML emails using Send Email Pipeline Item or Send Email Workflow Task
In the Pipeline Item: Send Email Pipeline Item and the Send Email Workflow Task you are able to use the body field to either send a plain text email or a formatted html.
HTML Template Example
The below example is an email template that looks good on all mail applications and is responsive on most. This uses Table formatting to look good on Windows desktop version of Outlook which does not support many css properties.
