Outlook Calendar Permissions
Outlook Calendar permissions are where a user adds, removes, and reviews the level of access users have while viewing your calendar. Most organizations set the default calendar permissions level to Free or busy time. This default level of permission allows everyone, within the organization, access to your free or busy time without disclosing any of your calendar details.
