- Show tags on FAQ items in list views
Update: FAQ Lookup
- Add options for different search lookups
- Default (Any Tags, else Any Keyword) - Standard behavior before. Tries to match the query with any defined tags and show tagged FAQs. If no tagged FAQs are found, it matches FAQs with any keyword in the title
- Any Tags else All Keywords - Matches tagged FAQs, if none are found, it matches FAQs with all keywords in the title
- Tags Only - Only searches for tagged FAQs with any tags that match the query
- Any Keyword - Searches titles for any matched keyword
- All Keywords - Searches titles that contain all of the keywords
- Tags or Any Keyword - Similar to default, but searches both tags and keywords
- Tags or All Keywords - Like previous, searches for tagged FAQs and FAQs with all keywords in the title
- Best Tag - Finds the most-specific tag from the query and returns FAQs with that tag.
- Best Tag or All Keywords - Combine Best Tag and All Keywords results
Added: Test FAQ Lookup
- Admin UI for testing searches with different configurations

- Added null-checking for blank fields and error handling (Ticket #5330)
