How can I connect to a printer - Xerox VersaLink B600DN?

Purpose

To connect your PC/Mac with Xerox VersaLink B600DN printer.

Prerequisites

You should have Xerox VersaLink B600DN printer and network (Wired/Wi-Fi) connectivity.

Steps

To connect your Xerox VersaLink B600DN printer, follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Wired Network Setup:

   • Windows PC:

     1. Install the Printer Driver:
        • Visit the Xerox VersaLink B600/B610 Drivers & Downloads page and download the appropriate driver for your Windows version.
        • Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer driver.
     2. Connect the Printer:
        • Plug one end of an Ethernet cable into the printer's Ethernet port and the other end into an available port on your router or network switch.
