Purpose

To connect your PC/Mac with Kyocera Ecosys P3155dn printer.

Prerequisites

You should have Kyocera Ecosys P3155dn printer and network (Wired/Wi-Fi) connectivity.

Steps

To connect your Kyocera Ecosys P3155dn printer, follow these steps:

  1. Turn on your printer: Locate the power switch (usually on the front or side of the printer) and ensure it’s powered on.
  2. Enable Wi-Fi settings on the printer:
    • Press the System Menu or Menu button on the printer.
    • Navigate to System/Network.
    • If prompted for a Login Username/Password, use the following:
      • For ECOSYS printers: Last 2 digits of the model number followed by ‘00’ (e.g., M2040=4000).
      • For TASKalfa machines: First 2 digits of the model number followed by ‘00’ (e.g., 3252Ci=3200).
    • Navigate to Wi-Fi and select the option to turn it On.
  3. Go back to the previous menu and select Quick Setup, then choose Available Network.
    • A list of available wireless networks will appear.
    • Use the arrow keys to select your Wi-Fi network or touch the network name if your printer has a touchscreen.
  4. Enter the pre-shared key or Wi-Fi password for your network. This will connect your printer to the Wi-Fi network.

After connecting your printer to Wi-Fi, you’ll need to install the printer driver on your computer. You can download the driver from the Kyocera website. For Windows users, the KX Driver is recommended, and for MAC users, download and install the MAC Driver OS.
