  • Updated: FAQ Links - Enhanced logging and error handling, adding tags for failed web content retrieval and capturing more failure details. Added request headers to make backend requests appear more like those from a real browser, improving content fetching.

  • Added: Load CSV & Lookup Data - Allows tenants to import data from CSV files and perform lookups in chat pipelines to retrieve specific information, improving support for AI and human agents (Ticket #5752)
