Chime V5 First Time Login Onboarding Flow - using Microsoft Office 365 Authentication
Quick2Chat Chime V5 simplifies authentication, and security, by using the Microsoft Office 365 authentication system.
This relies on your existing Office 365 login process- and possibly the usage of authenticator, to authenticate into Chime V5.
So, you do not need to keep, maintain, or setup a unique login experience for our application - simple connect our app to your Office 365 environment (including Azure Entra ID).
This trust does need to be established, and authorized, by your Office 365 administrator - and after this is configured then employees will be able to use their Office 365 authentication to access our chat application.

Transcript: Chime55 uses Microsoft authentication to make login easy and more secure. And today I'm going to show you how to set it up. So to get started, after your application is stood up, we're going to send you this on boarding email. In it, there is a link to login for the first time. So you can click on this, but I'm going to copy and paste it into my private browser window. It should ask me to log in with my company email through Office 365. And I'm just entering my authenticator app from my phone and I should be redirected into the manager dashboard UI. One thing to note is that between the authentication and the manager dashboard, you might see this Microsoft permission request. What you can do is that if you're an admin, you can review the requested permissions and then click accept. After that, you should be redirected into manager dashboard. If you're not an admin, then please request an admin to accept this permission. Thank you.
