Generally, the first part of any POC will be adding a few other agents to the chat application.
You can add these agents using the manager UI and by clicking on Manage People and then simply adding the person via their first name, last name, and email address.
The person will then receive an email with a link to the application - and they will either see the manager, or the agent, UI - depending on what their rights.

Right, just a quick video on how you can add additional agents. Let's say you're running a PC and you just want to invite in some additional agents to take part in that. So, what you can do is you can go to the manager UI and go to add people, manage people, and add a new user. And here you would just enter their username. Uh let's see that would be and whether they're an agent or manager since you're using Microsoft authentication and we're going to verify this using their Office 365 um authorization. You would just click add user. Um then what we'll do is we'll send them out an email. They'll receive an email. then they will click on that um log in and then they'll be either assigned as an agent or a manager. That's about it.
